Love the perspective of this shot. You handled the focus and exposure very well. It's great as it is but I couldn't resist playing with it a little - slight tonal contrast, vignette and clarity. |

An interesting setting for this bird - not one you see often. I agree that the blown out upper right 1/4 of the frame is a ditraction that can be fixed by cropping or perhaps cloning. |

An interesting sihlouette and nice reflection on the water. I agree that the right half of your image doesn't contribute much to the photo. I flipped it, cropped it and straightened the tower. |

Great PJ image. You have very good focus and I think it was a good idea to crop the busy right hand side of the photo. For my taste, it is a little dark. I took it into Camera Raw and incresed the exposure and clarity a little and then I dodged the faces slightly. |

I think this is a great scene. With so many people it seems a bit busy at the bottom. Perhaps just keep the person bent over sketching and clone out any others. I also agree that it seems a bit over processed. Definatley worth your time to go back and redo. |

An interesting subject handled well. I like the diagonal lines of the board and the cards. Well exposed and focused. |

I believe this was after it rained the night before and yes it is the pier. |

Love the details and contrast in the cranes, buildings and bridge. However, unfortunately, the brightness of the sky detracts from that. Try to darken the blue in the sky. |

Great depth of field and textures in this shot. You also have a nice range of tones and I like the amount of contrast which shows up better in the monochrome rather than the color. |

A wonderful architectural shot that is very sharp and in foucs. I like the lines and perspective you captured. My only suggestion is to darken the sky so there is more of a contrast with the buildings. |

The focus on the anchor is very good. For my taste, the background is too bright and the interest factor isn't there for me. Sorry. |

Rembrandt lighting which looks great in this image. Nice focus and details. Although subtle, the slight color cast is a bit distracting. I gave a touch warmer midtone to this. The simplicity and lighting are very appealing. |

Wonderful centered composition with awesome details and focus. The only suggestion I had was to adjust the lighting. I find it a little dark, but I really like it otherwise. |

Great capture. Makes me smile. You were able to show both the sunflower field and a close-up with this composition. Fun idea handled well. |

You and Jessica were able to capture such cute frogs this month. I liked that you cropped in closer, however, I think you could still crop more - the left third od the frame doesn't add anything to your photo. I might be tempted to darken or clone out the bright green on the right as it is a distraction (at east for me - pulling my eye there.) |

Love this close-up. Eve though I know what it is, it's almost an abstract for me and it is crisp and sharp. I also like the simplicity and compostion. Nice job! |

You have nice focus on this little frog. What a great capture. For my taste, he gets lost in the frame. I suggest cropping in significantly so he is unmistakenly the star of the show. |
