45	Jun 23	Comment	I, too, really like this image. and I had some of the same feedback David had. I, too, cropped the right side because my eye kept wandering there instead of staying on the main subject which is the orange building. I also cloned out the cars, but I left more of the left side and cropped down from the top because I didn't like the horizon in the middle of the frame.	Jun 3rd
45	Jun 23	Comment	I like the focus, details and clarity of the hoverfly. The contrast against the soft flower and the contrast in colors are nice as well. The centered composition fits this subject well. I wondered if you need so much negative space around your subject, so I did a verticle crop. Not sure, what do you think?	Jun 3rd
45	Jun 23	Comment	I, too, love the reflections in the water and think that is where the real interest is. Like David, I would recommend cropping out the masts at the top of the frame and then there is no confusion where you want me to look.	Jun 3rd

50	Jun 23	Comment	Wonderful action, photojournalism shot. You caotured the moment perfectly. I wouldn't eliminate the flags or course maker because they tell the story of the event. Monochrome is an excellent choice. Well done!	Jun 24th

50	Jun 23	Comment	Good shot of the flower with nice detail. I like the textured background and agree with James' idea of darkening the background. I find that I am using my iphone more and then taking the image into Photoshop.	Jun 24th

57	Jun 23	Comment	Interesting story in this nostalgic photo. I like the colors very much and think a monochrome version may be interesting as well. You have nice focus and detail and I like your depth of field. I like it the way it is, however, I also like Jessica's suggestion of eliminating the things on the right or at least darkening them. 57	Jun 23	Comment	Such wonderful detail and you even have a small catch-light in the eye. This is a wonderful capture. My only suggestion s to crop down some to eliminate most of the twig in the upper left corner. I don't think you need so much space in the top of the frame.	Jun 24th
57	Jun 23	Comment	An interesting idea for a photo and something most people would not take the time to notice. The reflection is something special. You have good focus and details. I, too, wish that you had the complete top of the curve. I would suggest using a vignette to keep the eye in the frame. Nice job!	Jun 24th
