45	Apr 23	Comment	A very nice wide angle shot. You have wonderful details and clarity. I agree with David about straightening the verticals on the edges a bit. I also would crop it to amke it more of a panorama. I don't think you need as much of the ceiling.	Apr 13th
45	Apr 23	Comment	The bird shows up nicely aginst the background. Ilike the pose with such a focused eye and beak. I would like to see just a little more detail in the theathers. Maybe by reducing the highlights a bit that would work.	Apr 13th

45	Apr 23	Comment	An interesting night scene that is well composed with good depth of field. The star bursts on the left balance the tree on the right. Th colors in the sky are quite appealing, but I also think it makes a nice monochrome image, as well.	Apr 7th

50	Apr 23	Comment	We both chose close up of hands ths month! I like your image very mich. You have nice tones, details and focus. This image tells a story and he looks like he has working hands. I would suggest a vignette to darken the left lower corner and bring my eye righ into the hands. I also cloned out top of the middle mast so there was no merger with the border.	Apr 13th
50	Apr 23	Comment	This is a good street photography image. You caught what is so typical today - girls looking at their phones as well as two of the girls looking at the others. Nice clarity and focus. Darkening the bright in the center top half would keep the viewers' attention more on the main subjects. Well captured.	Apr 13th
50	Apr 23	Comment	I like this image and your composition very much. I think the sky works very well with this subject and the snow. I have a file of skys that I hve taken and use Photoshop sky replacement when needed. I feel it does a wonderful job. I see a tiny bit of overlap on the top left of the dome. I would sugest that you increase the contrast just a bit to help the building stand out.	Apr 13th
50	Apr 23	Comment	Nice leading lines to the vanishing point and what a plus to hae a figure at the end of the leading lines. I think the monochrome works best and I like James' suggestion of blurring the background foliage a bit. Nice job!	Apr 13th

57	Apr 23	Comment	I like your idea. Nice clarity and detail in the pieces in the front. Your shallow depth of field works well here. I would suggest you try this shot again with a different background. For me, the background is too busy and I find the brightness on the left pulls my eye there and away from your main subjects. 57	Apr 23	Comment	This is a wonderful still life - not sure if it is considered a close-up, but I like it. Love the black background, lighting and warm colors of the lantern and boxes in contrast to the cement figurine.	Apr 13th

57	Apr 23	Comment	Interesting subject that works in both color and monochrome. I find the figure on the far right distracting because it is so out of focus. I would suggest cropping it out and have the in focus figure on the far right. The way the focus falls of a little more on each fiure as they get farther away is nice.	Apr 13th
