This is awesome! I love your treatment as it brings in the nostalgic feeling they were portraying. Perfectly shot and handled. I wouldn't change a thing! |

Excellent shot! What wonderful detail, clarity and exposure. Your post-processing is spot-on. Love the sky which has a hint of navy blue rather than black and the red tower stands out so well against it. I would suggest cropping up from the bottom (to just below the yellow curb on the far left) to lessen the distraction of the car in the bottom right. I bet The Porch would love to use this photo to advertise - or sell! |

Love this shot! You have a strong composition with interest in the foreground and a nice depth of field. The horizon is at the 1/3 line which contributes to the pleasing composition, and I like that the setting sun is slightly off-center. I would suggest that you try to open up the lighting just a little in the foreground. |

I've never tried anything like this. You have done a great job capturing motion and an interesting pattern. I like the colors, too. I think this abstract would do well in competition. Congratulations on your creativity! |

Wow! Everything is so sharp and in focus and you did a great job repairing the crust. I think I prefer this stacked image where everything is sharp. (If I hadn't seen this one, I would have been okay with the shallow depth of field in your original, too.) I like your fruit arrangement very much, too. My only suggestion for improvement is to maybe crop in a little more on the right side so that it looks more intentional - maybe to the pineapple, and to add a little more room at the top of the frame. Really nice job. |

You do such a nice job with night photography, and this is an excellent example of your work. The sky is fantastic, and your timing was great since there is still a hint of blue. The long exposure effect on the lights adds interest and drama. You did a good job of adding them to this photo. Your buildings are reasonably sharp, especially the one on the right. My only very small suggestion is to crop up a little on the bottom, maybe just below the first break in the bush on the left. That would cut out some of the dead space in the dark triangle of the left corner. I would still leave the top of the bush in the frame. |

Wonderful and interesting landscape full of triangles (the road, the mountain, the trees) that make a very pleasing composition. You have nice details, clarity and exposure. For me, the land half of the photo is where my interest lies; therefore, I would suggest cropping down from the top to just above the mountain to make a panoramic photo. I don't think you need so much blank sky, which for me, doesn't add anything. |

Love your sports photos! You stopped the action perfectly and caught wonderful expressions on the faces of the players. All eyes are on the ball. I think that the monochrome version draws me in to the faces better than the color version. I wouldn't change a thing. |

You have set up a very interesting and unique still life photo. I really like that you added the glasses which brings the photo to life. I also like the tilt of the standing book, which adds some tension or interest to the scene. I might suggest that you bring up the shadows a little on the statues faces. I like the monochrome version best! |

You have an image which tells a story in a very effective way. Your depth of field is great with an interesting foreground and background. I love the shadows along the main aisle. I also like the color version with that beautiful golden light. |

I love covered bridges and you have found a way to document this bridge. I like the perspective and straight-on shot looking through the bridge. I also like the color version which shows the warm, wood tones. For my taste, the bridge is cropped too tightly. I would like to see the surrounding area and a bit more sky. |

Very well focused and as Nelson said, the yellow flower really pops. I also agree with Nelson to crop in closer, perhaps a vertical crop eliminating some of the right side of the frame; but still keeping the flower off-center. |

Great patterns from your positioning of the pinecones. You have very nice details, focus and exposure. Compositionally, I would like to see a berry or something else small from nature strategically placed in the frame as a focal point. |

A very interesting and nice pattern shot of aged boards. I think this would make an interesting background texture for closeups of flowers, insects, etc. I have been trying to make my own set of textures to use as backgrounds. On its own, I am looking for a place for my eye to settle.

Very artistic with a great background. I like what you did with the mixer brush and borders. The colors "pop" with the vibrant complimentary colors. I love sunflowers and your tribute to Ukraine is timely and a perfect gesture. |

You have handled the details and exposure quite well in this photo. You have wonderful curves in the petals. I like the centered straight-on position of the flower, but like Chuck and Nelson, think you need to include the whole flower. |
