Good focus for a night time shot. I can even see stars in the sky. The two tones of the buildings are interesting. My ony suggestion is to crop up a little from the bottom to eliminate the lighter foliage which is a result of the glare from the lights. |

What a beautiful landscape photo. This is one of my favorites of yours. As David said, you have an interesting foreground, midground and background. The golden light on the valley near the center really balances the composition. Love the cloud! Very nice! |

Your nature photos just keep getting better and better. This one is very nice with great details. My only suggestion would be to darken or remove the two bright horizontal lines to the left of the milkweed. Nice job! |

Nice focus and exposure. I agree with the comments above that I would have liked to have seen the whole dog in the photo. The cropping is awkward and the portion of the shoe in the top of the photo could be cropped or cloned out. I think that seeing the whole scene of the carolers and the dog would have told the story better. |

Your post-processing is amazing and the compostion and lighting in your finished image really highlight your subject. What a transformation! This is so well done and I wouldn't change a thing. |

What a great fireworks image! You did an awesome job both capturing the fireworks with good focus and designing and compositing your final image. I agree that you can crop in on the sides just a little. All in all - nice job! |

Nice contrast, depth of field and details. I can see why they caught your eye. The brightness brings me right to them and then to explore the rest of the frame. I would suggest that you clone out the largest, brightest cat tail just to the left of center. My eye goes there first and unfortunatley, it is out of focus. I would also suggest cropping down to eliminate the bright top right corner. |

I love the reflection and dark reeds sticking up from the pond. The goose being centered in the frame, makes the composition feel stati. I do like that he is looking into the frame, though. For my taste, the photo and especially the goose, is too dark. As I went to lighten it in Photoshop, I thought it would make a wonderful high key image. See what you think. |

I love old, rusty things. The textures, focus and exposure are all good. I like that you took it from the side rather than straight-on because the diagonal lines of the wall add interest. I also like your tight crop. My only suggestion is to significantly darken the top left corner. It is the brightest spot in the image, so it draws my eye up and out of the frame. I think this would also make a great color image. I really like the subtle tones in your original. |

This is a good example of negative space and it works well. The horizon is in the middle of the frame, breaking the rule ....and it works! Picasso said "Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist". The lighthouse and pier are well balanced in the frame by the sailboat. The sky has just enough interest that it does not overpower the rest of the scene. This is a very peaceful image. Well done! |

So creative, interesting and almost an abstract. Kudos for such an original thought and the time it took to set it up. My only suggestion is to crop the right to eliminate the closest candle. My eye keeps focusing on that and I would rather look down the path. |

Such a nice abstract. What a clever idea. I like your selective focusing and the blur in the upper right corner suggests movement. My only suggestion is to make the light green upper right corner dark. Being so light, it pulls my eye there. |

What a nice natural portrait of a beautiful girl. Love the freckles and smile. I am immediately drawn ito her eyes which I think you handled perfectly. I like the plain background, but would clone out the yellow. I would also suggest lightening the darker side of her face (our left) just a bit. I would frame this! |

What a fun photo! You did really great job with your post-processing and background replacement. I like that yu added a catchlight in the eye. Hold on to this for your Christmas cards for next year. |

Beautiful job. It is often hard to keep the entire hibiscus in focus and you have done it so well. Love the details, soft colors and gentle curves. The dark background sets it off so well. My only suggestion is to lighten the stem a little so the flower is grounded and does not appear to be floating. |

I love old rusty things and this is a real find. The textures are wonderful. I also really like the color palette of the orange and blue. I would have liked to have seen the whole orange leaves on either side of the iron. I would also suggest significantly darkening down the background at the top of the frame. It is very busy and bright; taking my eye away from the iron. |
