You capture the flight of the heron at a good spot in your frame and it tells a nature story. The feathers have nice details, but I do agree that the head is slightly blown out. You are getting quite good at bird photography! |

You caught a great moment and stopped the action for a very nice photo. I love the colors and slightly blurred foliage in the background. I agree with Don about placing the horses a little off center. I also darkened the edges of the image. |

You have an eye for taking the ordinary into your photos. You have nice details throughout. For me, the partial radishes on the top are distracting and pull my eye up and out of the frame. I would crop them out and add a touch more contrast and saturation, especially on the leaves. |

This is a wonderful abstract and it is so crisp and sharp. I like everything about it and wouldn't change a thing. I like the black and white as much as the color shot. |

This is a wonderful night scene with great exposure and contrast. I like the starbursts on the lights to the left and the rays of light they produce. The lighted bridge is a great focal point. This is very well done and interesting. I have a few minor suggestions: The buildings on the edges lean ever so slightly, but can be easily straightened with Photoshop transform skew; the sky is slightly noisy and could easily be fixed with Photoshop Camera Raw luminance slider and I would suggest cropping a little off the bottom, just below the bridge. |

You have nice details in the tree branches. I find myself wanting to see more of the trees rather than just the top branches which are cut off on each side. I would also suggest darkening the sky considerably and increasing the luminance to make the sky less noisy. |

A unique look at the barns on Mormon Row. Your composition and use of foreground space show the vastness and isolation of the area. Your composition of the three buildings makes the image interesting. I would suggest cropping the right side. As it is now, the road doesn't lead me to your focal point, but rather right out of the frame. |

Excellent details and clarity in this. I really like your monochrome version better than the color. I would suggest a couple things: first, add more room around the vase and flowers - as it is now, the flowers merge with the edges on the right and left. Next, I would consider cloning out the two white reflections on the vase and lastly, increase and darken the shadow so the vase doesn't look like it is floating. |

Nice landscape with good depth of field and a good sky that sets off the mountains. The details are excellent and the diagonal line leading to the valley between the mountains carries my eye into the scene. Very Nice job! |

I would have never have thought to take this shot! You have good details and clarity. For me, the color version is best. I like the primary colors against the blue sky. The clouds are great, too. I would consider cropping a little off the right side so it isn't so centered. |

Wonderful colors, clarity and depth of field. The flower really pops. For my taste, there is a little too much negative space. I would crop some of it, but keep enough so that the flower is slightly off-center. It's a matter of taste, but I would flip it so the negative space is on the left. Since we read from left to right , for me the focal point should be on the left. I know that rules are meant to be broken, though! You di a nice job capturing the details of this flower. |

Very nice image of the monarch. Everything that should be in focus is and the background is nicely blurred. The antennae and legs are sometimes hard to keep in focus, but you have done a great job doing this. |
