Excellent nature shot that is nicely focused considering the bird looks like it was moving and so far away. The bland sky works in this image to showcase the eagle. I'd say this shot was worth the waiting you did. I'm glad he was able to accommodate you! |

You got that beautiful blue night sky that is so appealing and it contrasts so nicely with the warm colors of the foreground. The image is so sharp and crisp and I like the soft motion of the water in the fountain which is a nice contrast to all the hard lines around it. I have no suggestions for improvement. Nice job. |

An interesting architectural shot with good shapes and lines. The stacks seem to lean slightly to the left, but that can be fixed by using the ruler tool in PS. Unfortunately the structure isn't able to "pop" because it is the same color as the background sky. Your focus and clarity are excellent. |

This may be my favorite image of yours. The crisp lines and excellent focus make this a very compelling architectural shot. Your composition is great, too. I didn't see the bowed lines right away. You can straighten them out in PS by making a copy and then going into Transform>Skew. I often struggle with these types of images because I don't see the interesting shapes, lines and angles right away. You sure did. Excellent work. I wouldn't change a thing. |

A nice example of street photography. I like the way the larger scene is reflected in the sun glasses and their expressions are priceless. You did a good job of handling what looks to be a very sunny day. The peace sign to the left adds to the story. You have a nice separation of your main subjects from the background. |

You did a beautiful job transforming this image. The rays of sunlight and the backlit trees and eaves are wonderful. Of course, the S-curve brings me right into the image. I might suggest cloning out the sign as it pulls my eye right to it. For me, it is a distraction. |

Great details and contrast in a difficult lighting situation. You made it work. I agree that the figure adds to your image, however, I wished he were better placed rather than at the bottom. |

Nice capture, stopping the action so well. As stated above, I think it is cropped to tightly. I really like the mono better. In this case, I think the colors are a little distracting. |

I, too, like the color version because the bars behind the men do not stand out as much. In the mono version, I would be tempted to clone them out. The expressions and story are wonderful, however, the lack of focus on the figure to the left bothers me. |

I agree with the comments above. I like both the monochrome and original 2 in color, as well as cropping out some of the sky (which, by the way, is wonderful). Your contrast really makes this image spectacular. |

David, you turned this photograph into an interesting work of art with a story. Well done. I like the monochrome very much, but I also think the color version has real potential as well. Perhaps a deer wandering through for a more serene look in color. |

I think David has come up with the solution to more contrast. It is an interesting abstract of lines and shapes. I do think the details are important for this image. |

Really like the glow and bright colors. What a fun shot. My only suggestion is to darken down the upper right corner. |

You have found an interesting an unique way to photograph a sea gull. The dark gray does make the bird really stand out, however, I wish we could see more detail in his feathers, especially on his head where it seems a little blown out to me. |

An interesting concept with great details and textures. I only wish there was something more to see in the center opening; something that would really catch my attention such as a distant figure. |
