Very nice nature/landscape shot with nice depth of field. I am really drawn into the scene. The sky compliments the rest of the scene without overpowering it. |

The symmetry of your composition works fro me with this subject. You have good detail on the animal and grass with a nice reflection. The green appears about the same as in your original shot, however,I would desaturate and darken slightly. |

I like the peaceful feeling this scene portrays. I like the way the path leads me into the woods. I agree with Ed's suggestion to remove the signs. I also tried a different, panoramic crop and used Nik Color Efex filters of Lighte?Darken Center and Glamor Glow. |

You captured a great moment and the silhouettes of the people and trees are very nice. The water has just enough detail to keep it from being too bland; while also not being too busy to compete with your subjects. |

I especially like the expression on the young surfer's face. You effectively stopped the action to isolate the moment. I would suggest not cropping so tightly. I would like you to include the top right tip of the wave and more space above his head. I also think the color of the water is overly saturated and unnatural. I think this image is worth reworking a little. It's a great shot. |

I really like this image. I like the depth perception, details and the angle from which you shot. Your horizon line is nicely placed in the frame and the clouds are wonderful. I wouldn't change a thing. |

I think this portrait is very effective in monochrome. I like the close-up crop and details of his face. My only suggestion is to darken the background to the left of his face to remove the slightly distracting lighter spots. |

I like the clouds better, too! Wonderful shot with great details and perspective that draws me right into the frame. The only small suggestion I have is to darken the rocks in the foreground to separate them from the rest of the scene and give it even more depth. I also added a slight vignette. |

I really like the details and symmetry of this shot. The high contrast works well with the buildings, however, I have to put myself with the others that miss the sky. I like the subtle sky in David's example. It isn't distracting from the details and dram of the skyline. I also might suggest cropping about half of the water and turning it into more of a panoramic image. |

The detail of the little hairs on the snapdragons is so sharp. I like the colors and your exposure on the flowers, as well. I might suggest cloning out the green leaf in the upper left. It leads my eye out of the frame and away from the flowers. I would also suggest darkening the background, if possible. |

You've done it again! Wonderful dragonfly shot with great detail and a great, blurred background. The color of the dragonflies is complimented by the color of the background and the lighting is superb. I do notice a grainy, pixelated halo around the dragonflies. |

I agree with Marcela's comments above. I like the shallow depth of field, with the sharpness falling off in back of the cookie, however, I would like to have seen the whole cookie and the foreground in front of the cookie (napkin and plate) sharp. I would also suggest using the spot healing brush to remove the small bright circle on the plate and clone out the object in the upper right. I applaud you for finding the "art" in this scene. |

The focus on the iris is wonderful and the HDR effect enhanced the details. I love the curves of the flower, as well. The blurring of the background is effective in isolating your main subject. My only suggestion is to desaturate the background color some so that the iris "pops" even more. |

You were able to get the main flower stalk and the butterfly very sharp and I love the colors. Although blurred, the background is a little too busy, for my taste. Maybe darkening the background would help. |
