Thanks, Bob. Next month, after more "home work", I would like to continue our conversation. Send me an e-mail to lkarcher@optonline.net so I can add your info to my contacts.

Bob,
I see you're using On1 2020 - bought it last week and don't know how to get started on a new Windows 10 system. I have a very large Aperture library on an old Apple iMac. Any and all suggestions you can offer on how to get up and running will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. lkarcher@optonline.net

Hi Denise,
Superb! Sharpness, complimentary flowing colors, composition, grace, and peace are all rolled up in this single image The only thing I would change is the title - "A Peaceful Easy Feeling".
Good thoughts for 2020!

Hi Bob,
Lots of nostalgia in this i.e., my grandfather's collection that I played with as a kid. Carol and Denise have expressed everything that came to my mind when looking at your picture.
Thanks for the memories. Good thoughts for 2020!

Hi Doug,
This is a "delicious" composition. It's one of those images that is so unique and so visually appealing that you do a double and triple take, not for technical analysis, but simply for enjoyment.
Don't know squat about soot gremlins. This looks like two harmless creatures, jumping from their home in fright of something going on outside. Good thoughts for 2020! |

Hi Carol,
Great title for this image - a photographer protected from a beast by an iron fence. All the fearsome details of the lizard are tack sharp. I'd try revisiting this with both a full and 2 stop exposure adjustment. Truer beastly colors? Super story. Good thoughts for 2020! |

Hi Bill! There are lots of complimentary details and colors in this and saturation increased its appeal. But a tad too much as evidenced by the slightly greenish tint in yellows. A guess is was you concentrated on sharpening the center of the flower, achieved your objective, but didn't notice the impact on the other elements. You could color adjust "yellow" or slightly reduce the amount of sharpening. Longwood never disappoints. Good thoughts for 2020!
