Hi Bill,
Sunny days are rare. Just had another snow-storm; plus side of that was an interesting picture of a forsythia in full bloom covered in snow. Your colors are extremely complimentary. My attention was distracted a bit by the petals on the bottom. After I tried several different crops, your decision to leave them was certainly the right one.

Hi Bill,
Perfect focus! Black and white was the right decision. The details are superb as is the slight tilt of your Archytas Apicifer on its meal (or rest stop). GREAT! |

Hi Carol,
The settings you used were very effective and interesting; would never have though about using that slow a shutter speed. I think this view is far more interesting than a cropped versions would be. Was going to suggest some white balance adjustment to tone down the white but it sounds as thought you've already done that. The color and detail sharpness of the kernels were educational and VERY enjoyable.
