Let me add my "Welcome, aboard" to Doug's. Interesting image, sharp, and highly complementary colors. Initially, I was going to suggest centering this but when I tried Bill's suggestion, I liked that better. Very nice! Looking forward to seeing more of your work. |

This is impressive given the focal length of your lens and your shutter speed; wish I had that steady a hand. Your colors are extremely complementary and the sharpness of the bee and outer edge of the petals make this an appealing picture.
Having a heads-on view of the bee and greater depth of field to bring the center of the flower into focus would make this even more interesting. |

VERY pleasing to the eye, Bill. The upward flow immediately captured my attention.
Loved the transitioning of the reds from dark to bright. I think the out-of-focus leaf is a very important component of your image, enabling the viewer to better appreciate the dark red colors and the sharpness of the bottom of the flower; great composition. |

and, Good Afternoon! Coincidentally, I was munching on an apple when I opened this. Again, I agree with Bill's comments except the 'turn around'. I think the stem at the bottom adds another interesting focal feature as well as showing how sharp your focus was. Now, back to my apple. |
