The app worked really well in upsizing the image and still retaining the detail. I also like how you can see the spinning of the wheel. Great eye, capture and upsizing. |

Getting snow at my house in WA this morning. Where o where is Spring! Good eye to capture the dual shot. This looks like a fun place to wander around with the phone camera. |

Interesting play of light and shadows. I find the background litter and also the litter on the cement a bit distracting. Maybe a little cleanup would help. I want my eye to stay on the interesting curves and lines. A difficult subject to photograph in the environment it is in. Your photobook project sounds interesting. |

Very nice view from the overlook. Like others I'm not sure what you want to change. In my opinion the clouds are the star of the show and overshadow the dam. I'm thinking a crop to a panorama by bringing the crop down from the top to just above the clouds that are above the ridge line. |

Always interesting to capture people in their work environment. For me the umbrella in the foreground is distracting. Could you have stepped to the right to eliminate it? Hmm, original and edited image do not look the same. |

Interesting perspective and vision. B&W editing works well along with the grunge effect. |

A nice action shot of the spoonbill. The bird looks sharp with detail. Your shutter speed was fast enough to stop the action and also show that there was action with the water splashing. If the image was mine I would take the vegetation out as I feel it is distracting and looks rather beaten up. I feel that over all the image needs some pumping up. I think it just lacks pop but I'm not sure what I would do to improve it. The gray water doesn't help but maybe that is what it was. Maybe increasing the overall exposure as a start. Maybe others have a better idea. I think this image merits more post processing. |

I bet that was a surprise and created a great image of a very intimate moment in their day. Very sharp, great detail and great action. The only thing I would suggest is to take out the vegetation on the edge of the frame in front of her and maybe the bare stick on the left below his wing. |

WOW! I really like what you have done with this image. You have a great eye for taking a snapshot and turning it into a masterpiece with your post processing. You took advantage of the bright mid day sun and going for the high key effect. The black of the Crackle against the bright background works well. My only suggestion might be to mask the bird and slightly lighten some of the very dark areas to bring out some detail. I hope you tipped him for posing so nicely. |

A difficult shot when on a rocking boat in the ocean. I think you captured a great moment in the takeoff of the bird. I like that one foot is just coming down on the water and the wings are outstretched. The splashing water behind the bird shows the action and effort to take off. I might suggest masking the bird and lightening it just a bit to show more of the detail in the body and wings and also a bit of light in the eye. Well done. |

Beautiful capture of the hummingbird and it even looks like you had a fast enough shutter speed to stop the wings. I feel like the stem and flower going up to the right are distracting and don't add to the main subject. I might suggest a square crop and either leaving the lower part of that stem in or taking it totally out. The background is nicely blurred and the main subjects are nice and sharp with nice detail. The position of the hummingbirds wings really work well. |

Beautiful capture of the spoonbill and chick interacting. I think the chick is telling mom it's hungry. Well done handheld. To me everything looks sharp with great detail. I like the full body image of the spoonbill. The only thing I was going to suggest was to take out the piece of grass going out to the right behind the bird. However in your updated image above where you darkened the background you have removed it. I have no other suggestions. |
