Interesting concept and composition. Far beyond my imagination or abilities. Your title fits the image perfectly. |

Neat capture of this old magnificent tree. I like that you put leaves in the foreground that lead the eye back to the huge trunk and roots. Nicely seen and captured. |

Nice graphic image using light and shadow. Very balanced detail in the shadows and highlights not blown out. A fun project and it will make a nice book. |

I have always had difficulty doing verticles with the phone. Interesting idea from Jerry. The blown out clouds do present a distraction. Might try again using Jerry's idea and share next month. |

You are brave but did a good job. Whenever I have tried a selfie I always have a dumb look on my face. |

What can I say: you captured this owl at just the right moment. You do excellent post processing. This would be on my wall.

You found a great subject for your artistic, abstract expression. I agree with what others have said about the blown out upper left corner. I think if you tried to darken the area it would turn a muddy gray. Perhaps trying Mike's suggestion would be more effective. If you can you might try going back at different times of the day, especially when the sun is not directly behind the tree. |

What a great moment you had to photograph these three magnificent bears together. I agree with Mike on the need for some contrast in the scene and especially in the bears. To me it felt overall flat. I also think Sharon's input on composition is right on. An odd number usually works better and the bears do form a triangle. Incorporating some of the suggestions given will produce a great keepsake and memory of your trip. |

I think the name "Outback" is very fitting as it sure looks desolate. I think the trail going over the hill adds a point of interest. I agree with comments already made to help add some depth and contrast to the image. |

You have captured a great moment in time. That fish eyeball got my attention right away. Great composition and lighting. Great detail and everything sharp. A wonderful nature sorry and a winner. |

I think you caught some great action between these two beautiful egrets. I love how the feathers on their heads and chests are flared up. I think your cropping works well in bringing the focus to the birds. Your post processing worked well in bringing out the detail and coloring in the egrets. I don't see anything I would change. |
