So sorry you are dealing with this ugly virus. So far I have avoided COVID but my luck will probably run out some day. Take care and get well. Interesting documentation for the COVID pandemic. |

Thank you for all the kind comments. This was a special sunset evening. I just sold a 20x30 metal print of a different composition taken on this evening. |

I have done ICM with my regular camera and had fun with it but it takes many tries to get something good. I have never tried with my phone but you have inspired me. Groves of trees are fun to do especially aspen or poplar trees in the fall. You did well. |

You changed a mundane image into an interesting piece of art. Like others it would be interesting to know your process but I also understand that when we are playing around and experimenting we loose track of the process. Great job. |

Love the light, colors, sharpness, a person to add interest. It all works to make an excellent image. We need some more information on the app you used. |

It's fun and intriguing to watch a hot air balloon being inflated. You really got in close and personal. All the lines lead up to the top of the balloon and what an explosion of fire. You captured it all. Bravo! |

Thank you for all the comments. I sometimes miss seeing halos and have been learning that if I feather the edit I have done it will eliminate the halo. |

I have never seen a nighthawk, beautiful bird and you were so lucky to capture this image. I like that you brought out the colors in the metal fence bar. Nice soft background with a hint of vertical lines. The only suggestion I might give is to desaturate the orange and yellow in the metal bar just a bit. |

Beautiful complimentary colors in this flower. Like Mike I find the large amount of out of focus blue petals on the right overwhelm the center of focus which to me is the yellow feathery object (I know it's part of the flower just don't know what it's called). I think Mike's crop is an improvement. If you could photograph it again maybe take a step to the left if possible to try and eliminate the blue petals or hold them out of the way. For me the focal point and most interesting part is the yellow with the water drops and the curving lines in the leaf it is resting on. |

Welcome to the group. Looking at your original I'm wondering if you used flash. Beautiful light on the hummer and catchlight in the eye. Everything is tack sharp from the hummer to the flowers she's feeding on. The orientation works well as does the composition. As Judith said the lines and triangles all work together to make this a winning image. My only suggestion would be to put a thin white stroke or frame around the image so the viewer can tell where the image borders are. |

Welcome to the group. This is a beautiful image of this majestic GBH. I like that you cropped it vertically as the heron is stretched up looking maybe for something to eat. I like the color of the sky in the original better. The color of the sky seems unnatural in the edited image. The one suggestion I would have is to clone out the bits of frond sticking in from the bottom right as they seem distracting. I wouldn't crop in any tighter on the right as the heron has a nice space to look into. |

Stunning. Your post processing is wonderful. I love the top flower on the right looking down at the bottom flower and the opening flower on the right is a wonderful counter balance. It looks like a painting and will be beautiful on the wall. |
