So creative. How in the world did you decide on using something like original 2 as part of the final image? Thank you for telling us how your did it. Procreate is a new app for me also. |

Thanks for the suggestion. I really didn't see the blue tint as I was so excited to get the image. |

He only stayed for a few minutes and yes I had a conversation with him. The first thing I thought of when he looked at me was to grab my phone. So glad I did. |

No food on the dash. Two of them landed on top of the car first and I chased them off before they did their business. Obviously people have fed them. |

It's amazing that you were able to even capture the seals given the distance and having to use digital zoom which always hurts resolution. That front seal is probably wondering what in the world all those people are looking at. |

Nicely done. Beautiful lighting and the placement of the milkweed in the frame works really well. I think I too would go with a narrower frame so it doesn't overwhelm the subject. A great afternoon project. |

These seems to be different images. Looking at the flow of the water; in the color version it fills the upper channel and in the b&w it doesn't besides the tree in the foreground has partially disappeared. Having said that I too prefer the color version. I think the subtle colors give more definition and depth to the image. You had a great vantage point to capture the action. It would be interesting to see it taken with a slow shutter speed. |

A beautiful portrait of this regal king of the beasts. I think you could reduce the green tinge if you have an app that does color correction or you could reduce the saturation of green. Very sharp with great lines and textures throughout. |

So peaceful to witness the dawning of a new day. I commend you for getting up so early. I like that you included the flowers as a foreground subject and the yellow flowers with the yellow in the sky balances the image. I do like Sol's tighter crop on the bottom as it reduces the force of the flowers and gives even more balance. |

I like your suggestion to make some copies, process as different exposures and combine in HDR. I don't do well hand holding at slower shutter speeds. |

Beautiful interaction shot between parent and young. All three eagles are nice and sharp. I would suggest adding a little light to the eyes of the young so they don't get lost in the dark feathers. The nest is important to the image however it seems to take up a major portion so I think I would do a little tighter crop from the bottom. I think you have done a nice job balancing the highlights and shadows. |

A beautiful sign of spring. The bud is very sharp and you got a bonus bug. I thought more of the stem would be in focus as it seems to be on the same plane but maybe my eyes are deceived. I would either include more of the main vertical stem or as Ally and Mike recommended take it out completely. I'm not always a fan of flipping images but in this case I think it works better. |

It does pay to get up early and you were rewarded with a beautiful sunrise over a misty landscape. It doesn't seem like there is too much you can do when shooting into the sun as it is going to be blown out. I think it looks natural to what you were seeing. Mike's edit does add some glow around the sun. In my experience if you try to tone down a blown out area too much it will turn gray. |

A beautiful action shot. I think I'm more partial to the color version but like the monochrome also. I think there is good detail in the swans feathers all the way out to the wing tips. Nice catchlight in the eye. I also feel the vignette is too evident. The darker splash area on the right doesn't bother me too much as it seems to be a shaded area caused by the swan and the direction of the sun. If lightened I would only do a little. I do like Mike's suggestion on the dodging and burning. |

Thank you for the suggestions. I can see cropping for the falls but I think I would like more of the area above the falls included in the crop. For me including the top of the mountain helped show the perspective of the falls coming out of the rocks and the surrounding landscape. I think toning down the blue sky would help. |

I believe we were there mid morning. I like your suggestions. I also wanted to show the perspective of the falls in relation to the mountain above. I could tone down the blue in the sky. |
