I wasn't thinking of our lockdown when I chose this image but it is fitting. I'm beginning to feel like the key was lost 🥴 |

What a beautiful image. You were at the right place at the right time. I'm really drawn by the colors in the sky and the reflection on the water. The silhouettes of the three walkers is an added bonus. Worthy of framing. |

I like your composition looking up from under the blossoms. Great use of DOF to make such a soft pleasing background. A follow up image would be of the fruit. Nice image. |

I often wonder how shoes get lost on the street or along a path. This does make your imagination wander to what happened. I like the various complimentary colors from the blue shoe to the green grass and the red and yellows in the leaves. The only thing I would like to see less of is the brown grass in the upper left corner. Maybe a square crop but keep those colorful leaves. This reminds me to stop and look more often. |

The extreme crop worked really well. The rainbow is our ray of hope and promise. Good post processing to bring out the drama in the clouds on a stormy day. |

Very creative use of a feature on your phone. I'm not sure my old phone can do this but I need to investigate. You really get the feeling of the train whizzing by at a fast speed. |

I love your composition with the barrel cactus in the foreground and the triangle made by the two saguaro cactus in the background. I think the fog really adds a moodiness to the image. Your trek in the bad weather paid off. |

I took the image at the site. They were hanging on pegs on a wall. This is just a small section of them. |

Thanks Sharon. I have been thinking of printing it but had not thought of what format, canvas, metal, or something else. |

Very interesting image. Something fun to learn in these trying times and I think you did a good job of getting a good underwater/overwater composition. I like the post processing of the overall image. I can see why you replaced the sky. Replacing skies is just not my thing so it's a little hard for me to make a constructive judgement or recommendation. I guess I would need to see some other sky textures to see what looks right. Overall I think you did a wonderful job experimenting with your GoPro and the dome. |

I love how you cropped this image. I took me a minute to figure out that you flipped the image and you did tell us that in your description. I like how there are shadows of leaves behind the brighter leaves and all the different tones of green. I also like the leading lines of the curved branches as it takes my eye from left to right. I think a very slight crop from the left and bottom would eliminate two small distractions on the edge. "Border Patrol" |

You were in the right place at the right time to capture this moment of behavior between dad and chick. I love that the male is winking and the chick is reaching out for the bug. I would like to see the feet or crop a little higher so it doesn't look like they were just cut off but that may not be possible. I too see a slight green fringe on the left side of dads head. Love the image and interaction. Great capture. |

Great action shot and very sharp. It would be nice to see what the birdhouse is attached to as it feels like it's hanging in the air. |

I like that you cropped this scene down to focus on the small waterfall. Your use of a slow shutter speed gives a soft feel to the flowing water. Your conversion to monochrome is very effective and works well with this scene. I would suggest that you darken the top right corner so it matches the tone of the other rocks on that side. Also a very slight crop at the bottom to remove the sliver of darker water. I have had "border patrol" drilled into my head so I often look at the edges of images to see what might be distracting. Nicely done. |

You are so fortunate to photograph this stunning bird. I think your crop works really well. I might suggest either giving the leaves on the right side a little room so they are not touching the edge or crop a little tighter on the right to cut the leaves off without pushing the other leaves to the edge. I would pull the crop out a little to give the leaves room. I agree with the others about the darkness in the bottom left corner. It feels like a black hole to me and I would like to see the tail a little more clearly. Wonderful image. Good luck in the exhibition. |
