A beautiful portrait. So warm and engaging and the hand gesture along with the sparkle in her eyes and slight smile make this a winner. |

A lush green garden scene with a splash of purple, yellow and white to carry the eye through the image. The birdbath, pagoda, bird house and ball look like miniatures but add scale to the image. The garden looks like a labor of love. |

My first thought is "go to the light". All of the colors just pull me into the image. As Dave said it's the Twilight Zone. |

Amazing transformation of a snapshot. How many would even think to shoot an image through the side view mirror. Your imagination can go wild in this Image. Good job. |

A beautiful architectural image. So many vertical and horizontal lines. Not sure about the clouds as there is a lot of sunshine on the buildings and river. If you ask for permission the worst they can say is no and you won with a yes. |

This is a wall hanger Dave. Absolutely love the artistic painterly effect the app applied. This is a memory that will live on for many years. |

I have no idea where the camera focused but with the phones I find they are sharp front to back in a landscape. The camera chose the focus point as I could not see the screen above my head. |

Elisha's facial expression tells the whole story. He even has a tear in his left eye. A difficult lighting situation with Elisha in the shade and bright sunshine behind him. My eye wants to go to the bright brick behind him. Maybe that could be toned down a bit (just a thought). An image to show him when he is much older. |

Very sharp detailed image of the eagle. I like your cropping and the background is nicely blurred to not distract from the main subject. This really works in black and white. Nicely done. |

I like how you cropped the image to take out the posts in the water on the right and put more emphasis on the curves in the stream. The stream leads the eye into the image and the building adds to the story. Nicely done. |

There is a lot going on in this image. Your original is a tighter crop that takes out most of the blank white sky and puts more of the focus on the curving wall on the left and the S curve on the right. I think using the original as the one to convert to B&W would give you a much better image. The eye is more focused to the tree and curves, leading lines. |

I think you achieved your goal. The architectural lines lead the eye up and the conversion to black and white enhanced the image. For me I would like the sky all dark by taking out the splash of light. |
