Just a small island which is a part of a large lake in the development where I live. Close by me are Wacoodahatchee and Green Cay which are water reclamation areas. Loaded with wild life, from a bobcat to alligators to birds, long boardwalks to walk too.In Delray Beach, on Hagen Ranch and Jog Road. |

I had nine inches of water in my house five years ago, thanks to flood insurance was able to recover. Lost both cars.
Considering you shot this from your car , you were able to compose a nice image. I always joke about having more wildlife in the development where I live. Wood storks like it here and we have a man made island that is a bird sanctuary. I go out in a row boat during breeding season.
