Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
9 Feb 17 Comment Well I just returned from a trip to the far East.
Took close to 2,000 pictures.
I will look into the B & H video on B & W.

I feel the pole is true vertical but the vertical lines as well as the horizontal lines of the support are off center.

Some images I post are done in order to draw comments.
These images are usually not entered into competition.

I took second in class in B & W
and third in class in color this year.
Mainly due to the help of the group.
All this contributed to moving me up a class,
in the club I belong to.

9 Feb 17 Comment Blurring the background forces you to look at the subjects.
Both images are good. Hands on hands is interesting.
Maybe making for another title?

9 Feb 17 Comment I like the shot, I would have cropped it real tight.
1,000 MM, curious how you did that? I have a 400mm and a 1.7 doubler.
I can't wait for you the get the shot with the bird looking into the cameras eye.

9 Feb 17 Comment I agree with closer cropping thereby removing the left side tree. Two white bars draw my eye, I would have cloned them out of the image. I am undecided over the two patches of snow?
Image has loads of impact, well done.

9 Feb 17 Comment My first thought was, I am looking at a marble statue!
True there are three area that intrude with splotches of color ie flag, red dot and windows. But, they do not tend to distract the eye of the viewer. I would turn the image slightly counter clockwise.

9 Feb 17 Comment I feel the darker blue sky helps the image a lot.
Taking out the electrical wires is a big improvement.
My eye seems to feel the towers are tilted slightly clockwise.
Being that you removed the left side tree trunk, I feel you should have removed it's branches too.

9 Feb 17 Comment I like the image, feel the palm trees are not a dominant force in the image. Feb 24th
