This is beautiful -- can see why it got your attention. Agree, the patterns and colors are "eye popping". I would just trim the top a little bit to eliminate the pavement. |

This is gorgeous, Margaret. How nice that "Mom" Nature was so cooperative too -- lovely light and clouds. I see one wee thing that looks like a contradiction in time. The castle looks like a beautiful structure from the distant past. And there's a water tower in the background, above the trees, from the current. Just found it amusing. |

As Hildi noted, the bright sun is a huge challenge, but think you did a terrific job in spite of that. The sharpness is impressive with such close and fast movement. Yes, toning down the front, white water would be helpful, but you need that front half for the boy to "move" into. Also suggest you "burn" down the front edges and corners as well, to keep our eyes in the frame. |

Thanks, ladies. And, Beverly, I also love your Armory of Topaz filters! Your second version is TERRIFIC!!! I really wan't happy with my final version, but was at the end of my "bag of tricks" (or how to use them). Many thanks for turning it into an interesting, well lighted and viable photo!!! |
