This is a very cute monkey, and good eye light. But, I find it a bit unsharp overall. And I would crop the unsharp area io the right. Also think it's a bit overexposed over-all, and easily fixed with Levels. |

Agree, this is a beautiful image. I don't mind at all that the hat is in shadow. His eyes and face are stunning. Well done. |

OK, ladies. When all of you say the same thing, guess I'd better take notice. AND, I think you're right! I was so consumed with "environmental" that I didn't see the whole correctly. MANY THANKS, and I hope you like this version better. (And I hope, this version appears!) |

Welcome to the group, Cheryl. This is a beauty, and especially in Monochrome. I appreciate the thought and angle of the tree trunks. And the branches are like a ballet. I think it's gorgeous! |

Margaret, this is a stunner!!! Good to be reminded that the blue is from the altitude. No, don't try to warm it -- it's stunning as is. But, I'm thinking the mountain might be selected, by itself, and sharpened a bit more, and with the Nick sharpeners. Otherwise, it's gorgeous. |

WOW! Ahmed, this is quite terrific. As Hildi commented, it is a very rare capture in time -- congrats! Also agree with Hildi about cropping off some of the top -- maybe a third. But you will have to darken that part of the remaining top. Well done! |

What a fabulous sunset! But the boat looks totally artificial, in my humble opinion. So delete the boat, and you have a gorgeous image!!! (I think some of these assignments are a bit over-the-top. I think it takes a perfect "marriage" of images to make it work. |

Thanks for your comments. I'm not going to crop the image because it is an environmental shot, and I think the bears are decently sharp. Yes, they were not at all close, and happy to get what I got. Sharpening is very tricky to me, since my eyesight has "issues". But I find the VERY BEST so far is that in the Nik Collection -- now a free download for more than a year. I find it much better than "Unsharp Mask" in Photoshop Elements. |
