It's different, but the softness and as Gary points out, the ethereal feel, I find it beautiful Emil. It shows your unique style. |

It's such a joy for me to see this, Henry. I haven't been to that area in years, and am aching to go back. The cloudy day adds a sense of melancholy.
One nitpick, the farthest formations are a little soft. I'm not sure if that was unavoidable, or if perhaps focusing just a bit further into the scene could have sharpened these, without softening the foreground. |

My first thought was, Cuba, Gary. But of course she doesn't look Latina. It's well done, part of me is wanting to see more context for the time and place, the gazebo isn't enough. But still the old car is great and the treatment works too. |

A beautiful, classic scene, Charles, with great depth and symmetry. Having just viewed Arik's, like Gary I'm missing that one person or some such, but even so it's really nice. I've been to Asia many times but not China yet. |

Great use of the fisheye, Arik. It made all the difference in this scene. And as someone who would have shot it without people, I can appreciate how much having a person adds to this, and she's perfectly placed. |

Did you convert a new camera, Melanie? This is so sharp and detailed for infrared. The texture on the main leaf really stands out. It's lovely, glad you enjoyed Asia, I can't wait to go back. |

Thanks, Henry, and good eye!
I was having trouble on the export, need to update some things, but was in a hurry so used a screen shot, and yes, that's the highlight indicator! |

Thanks for the comments everyone. I haven't owned photoshop since it went subscription, but maybe I will try at least a trial version to get rid of the wire. |

Thanks Steven, these are sand dunes. The graininess is probably due to the image being pushed a bit by the filter, and being an older phone, didn't have the pixels to sustain the processing. |

Cute cat moment, Ruth. And a nice even pattern on the window. It's a nice moment, thanks for sharing. |

Steven makes a lot of good points, Sue. The only thing I would add, is the upper left corner extends beyond the edge of the table. I find this a bit distracting, and would prefer it cropped out.
Otherwise, I think you did a very good job on this. |

Nice image Wayne. The low horizon for me is not a problem, and the cloudscape becomes the scene and works well. |

I'm looking at this on my phone, Steven, but I have to admit I don't see any color. I will check on my computer also but if you could elaborate please do so.
I like the image a lot, the shadow, the people at the bottom, it feels very retro, like an old journalism photo. |
