Very nice Emil. The white picket fence is kind of unexpected, being it's the only element of the scene in its true color. It's nicely laid out and as usual, you have a wonderful sky. It's soft as in keeping with your style, and works fine for me as such. As Arik points out, the original is also very interesting, and shows perhaps what one could do with color on this image. |

I like the high key feel to this, Henry, and don't ascribe to the darkening suggestions some of the others make. The way the white crosses stand out, even in this bright image, is so compelling to me. Unlike Arik, I'm not a fan of the foreground fence, it can't quite match the whimsical nature of the rest of the scene. Great image. |

Like Charles' bird, the eye goes right to the lighthouse in this image, Gary, and the nice light you have there. It's that part of the image, with the trees just above, that hold the most interest for me. You also have a very nice sky and mood for this. I might have cropped a little at bottom and left, but it's also fine as is. |

I also noticed the bird right away, Charles. And while I'm also more of a fan of black and white IR, I do appreciate this one more as I ponder it. The pink tones, from the sky and the foreground reeds, add mood, somber and reflective, very nice. |

Very nicely laid out, so engaging, I can only echo the others' comments.
Personally I prefer a darker sky, as in Ansel Adams black, but of course that's your stylistic choice. As one other commenter mentioned, there's a lot of foreground. But overall I find it excellent. |

It's a classic composition, Melanie, very nice. In yours, and Gary's versions, we've lost much of the detail in the sky. Surprisingly Emil was able to bring it back from the jpeg, and I appreciate his take much more. This image seems to bring out each's unique vision. |

It is interesting seeing the different takes on this image. I like the softer feel of this edit of Emil's. |

It's got that deep blue sky that we used to have to use a polarizing filter to achieve; now much easier on the phone! Also has nice clouds, too.
I'm thinking what others will probably be asking, where was this taken? |

At first I was unsettled by seeing just the tops of heads at the bottom, but then I realized they are necessary for context, the boy in the middle holding the baseball. It's a nice moment in time captured. |

Thanks Wayne, yes I think a closer crop as you describe would work better by focusing on the interesting shapes and patterns of the sticks. |

Another good travel image, Kieu-Hanh, as Steven says the colors are so strong. I also agree with Steven on the star. |

It's cute Ruth, fun, spring like. I like that you have a white non distracting background for it. |

I agree with Kieu-Hanh, Steven, the third one probably catches the scene the best, good idea on the composite though. You've captured a moment in time, a story. |
