It's beautiful, Gary. What's striking to me is how well you handled the exposure. We're looking into the sun, and yet there is no glare or over exposed areas. The only very minor issue I might have, is that I'm divided between two images, one on the left and and one on the right. I think the sun being so compelling and placed to the right of the main tree, takes my eye over there. |

I can't see the edit button on my iPad, but apologies and edit to read Emil instead of Gary. |

I'm a big fan of images like this, Henry. The road is a natural leading line, and the clouds form a line which plays off that. I like that you went with the black sky.
I've traveled highway 395 many times, and taken this side road up the mountains just once or twice. |

I like how the blowing grass immediately tells a story Gary, and how you've trimmed down a potentially very busy scene into two distinct and interesting elements. Nicely done. |

Beautiful contrast on this, Charles, it just makes the image. No recommendations for improvement. |

Great job processing this Arik, the contrast is rich and it's a beautiful scene. For me personally, the person looking at phone, rather than engage me, kind of disengages me from the image, presumably the same effect it has in real life, but I understand it's a fact of life these days. |

I love how zebras set the stage for a black and white image. Here, there is a mystical, whimsical mood, given by the infrared. Great shot Melanie.
Only nitpick is the the tips of the trees in center, can see where some dodging was done, that's always a tough transition to make look natural. |

I think the other comments are good; you've got a fun composition, and a good way to get beyond the lack of sharpness would be to go even further, by using an app to make it cartoon-looking, or something like that, if that were of interest to you. |

Before even reading your caption, or Steve's comments, I was drawn to the image for its wide angle perspective. The long row of buildings turns into the railing shadow, a curve that moves the eye through the image. I would normally not like so much empty sky, but it works here.
The people shadows are a bonus! Great image kieu hanh |

Reminds me of the raccoons we have out here. The stuff behind him contributes to the scene. |

Nice fall colors Sue, I like the little path, and of course the pink flowers. The sky cooperated too! |

The light is so welcoming here Steven I just have to ask if it really looked like that, or what your processing was. Beach light can be so harsh, except for the golden hour. It's a well composed image, with just enough of each element. It's really well done! |
