47 May 18 Comment Great nature shot....for me, it's a great image for discussion of the law of odd numbers..it may feel arbitrary to some, though to me, somehow I want to see three or five antelope...But realizing it's nature and you don't get to decide that, I still like it very much, and that your treatment, going with the haze, does help bring out a sense of distance.

The trees also mimic the animals in a way, which adds to the enjoyment of the image.		 May 14th

47 May 18 Comment Beautifully rendered, just a tad off center, with great detail and sharpness. I picked up on Ed's comment about perhaps a black background, you might play around with that, as my only nitpick would be that it seems to lack a true black, but overall beautifully seen and captured. 47 May 18 Comment I find I'm viewing this in context of your other images....in other words I'm assuming you created rather than found the scene, it's a model shoot, but regardless it's very well done, with an element of edginess some of the others don't have.

I also like the bottles as an accent. Quite impactful overall!		 May 14th
47 May 18 Comment I've been an avid shooter of hummingbirds Ed, so I identify with this. You've captured the scene well, and shallow dof blurs the background well. I might not have noticed the light on the wing if you hadn't mentioned it, - really like that! I also like that we can only see part of the rear bird. Only nitpick, I think the feeder should be vertical, and I'm afraid it's just a bit off. May 14th
