Guy, the original image is a nice silhouette of the bridge. Now, what you did with the multiple and complex process resembles the arches in a modern church with a kaleidoscope of colors. Very abstract indeed. |

Ian, very nice image of the white flowers with a very dense green background. It is very sharp. I agree with Stuart and I like the way he cropped it. Otherwise the blurred white flowers in the background keep attracting my eyes away from the main subject. |

Erik, this "thing" is looking at me with pointing eyes. You can also make up a nose between the eyes, now the rest may just be a big mouth. Here again, I may need to increase my dose of Prozac. I do notice that the image is somehow soft, unless it is on purpose. Nice combination of decaying colors.
Thanks to Vella, I just learned a new word in the English language. |

Vella, welcome to the group. I have never seen these birds. Very nice opportunity to photograph two of them at the same time. Sharp, beautiful colors specially the eyes. |

Bill, are you giving up photography to go full time into art ?? Just kidding. If you do not tell us the story, and we had not seen this image before, you can say very nice paint indeed. Very "realistic" complemented with the wooden frame. |

Joe, I would call it body parts. I am sure that people stop to watch it and of course to photograph. Very sharp. The lines are straight vertical. Lots of detail in the window's frames. |

Mark, this is beautiful. With the abstraction of the background and transforming into B&W has made this image very interesting. Very sharp. It took the contrast very well. |

Nick, very creative and musing. The best part is the disproportional size of the butterfly. |

Richard, all is about being at the right place at the right time. Waiting also pays off. Not too much time to move around to change the vantage point. |

Even better, set your camera in manual. Select your f/stop and the speed to your liking, and set to AUTO ISO with a top limit. Then you do not have to worry about anything and just concentrate in composing and shooting. It works extremely well. |

I am sure that she was sitting in front of the yellow wall intentionally. Interesting to point out that she was dressed all in white a la Santeria, people that follow a different religion, more related to African believes and also close to Voodoo in Haiti, |

Jim, Very good timing to capture the lady with the braid hairstyle juxtaposed with the image of the lady looking at her from one of the wynwood walls, which indeed is a very photographed area specially for creating street images. The colors of her hair also matches the colors on the wall. The upper half of the frame is brightly illuminated and perhaps overexposed, partially attenuated by the palm trees, but it would very very difficult to fix in PP, unless you try some form of sky replacement. It is sharp, |

Bruce, very intriguing subject. specially his body language and the way he is holding the cigarette. I do not know if the fact that his head is being framed by two of the milk containers was anticipated, or it was just luck. The image is sharp without strong shadows. I also use speed priority with auto ISO when doing street photography to increase the chance of keepers. The background is slightly blurred. The area between the milk canisters is somewhat distracting, but it is what it is. |

Daniel, this image tells us a lot of information, cold weather, solitude, friendship, time of the day, light conditions, simplicity. The image is sharp. The colors are appropriate for the time of the year. The horizon is straight and not in the middle of the frame. |

Gloria, on this image you just included the main component of the process, the feet of a barefoot dancer. You captured the action with the right foot in the air. The wardrobe is very colorful and somehow gives you a hint of the dancers procedence. You were able to freeze the movement. Here again we have an example of what means less is more. We do not need much more to understand the details of the image. |

Randy, this is a fascinating architecture structure. I would call it "Stairs to Nowhere" You really did your "walk the image" giving us vantage points from different angles. I specially like the one looking down where you can see at the bottom the red light which really takes your eyes directly to it, and then you can explore all the details of the structure. The human presence complements the image giving you dimension. Great capture. |

Hassan, a very real life image. I like the story that is being told, the woman selling home made goods, and probably very tasty, and the child at the end of the path with a back pack and a coat (probably still cold weather) coming home (from your description of the time of the day). The image is very sharp, and the B & W interpretation achieved good blacks and whites. Not being able to see where the stairs take you, gives more food for thought to the image. |

Marie, bella foto. The scenery is so pleasant to the eyes, and complemented with the clouds. We also had a trip this past April to the Toscana Italiana which has been postponed (I hope we can still do it !!). I like your PP but I can still see a subtle shade of remaining wires. If you used the spot healing brush you may need to increase the hardness, or try with the lasso tool and contain awareness. anyway it is a very peaceful landscape. Sharp and full of color. Bruce's idea is also good. |

Walt, I have only photographed the Milky Way once, and in fact was under the guidance of Larry Treadwell here in south Florida a while back, but our background was nothing compared to Mt Rainier. This image is for me WOW to say the least including location and rendering of the Milky Way. I agree with Larry about cropping some of the bottom, still leaving the path leading line toward the pick. I am not too sure of what Larry says about the bleed and tinting of the mountain ?? |

Abhijeet, good timing in this action shot. They swallow the fish in a fraction of a second. You were able to bring out nice colors considering the light condition, and you were far indeed since at 600 mm the main subject is very small in the frame. On the D750 you only have 24 megapixels, so the cropping was considerably and you still have detail. I also like the reflection. Now I think the crop in the back of the bird is too tight and the horizon line is falling backwards. I took the original image which unfortunately it is at a very low resolution so it does not give me pixels to work with, anyway, I straightened the horizon and made the crop a little more loose, however could not bring back enough detail and color to compare to your PP image. |

Mary, very impressive the way the hot vapor coming out of the spring creates this magnificent cloud at ground level. Looking at your PP iteration it has a very strong blue cast throughout, specially on the white snow, which is not apparent in the original, unless you mislabeled the images. It is sharp. Anyway, I used Viveza 2 adjustments points to give some more structure to the vapor cloud, and try to repair some of the overexposed areas on it, also removed the blue cast from the snow. Upon increasing the structure on the cloud, a lot of sensor dust spots became apparent, which I cleaned as well. |

Adrian, this is a place I have not visit as yet. It is so impressive all those natural formation created by water and the elements in millions of years. The colors are so intense and the amount of shades is almost limitless. It is very sharp. I also have seen mainly landscape orientation of this magnificent landscape (no pun intended...). I am still debating whether I like the colors in the original image more than in the PP. They look a little oversaturated and bright (washed out), but this could be my monitor. |

Bruce, god capture in your backyard. I do not think I have seen one of this little birds around South Florida. It is sharp, and apparently you captured him/her right after landing and the left wing is still in motion with a slight blur which add interest to the image, or thee bird is just stretching its wings. The background is a beautiful kaleidoscope of colors, very subtle and completely out of focus with no distraction. Nice crop. My only comment is that the head looks very dark and with no details in the plumage. I just did a selection of the dark area and added some light to the shadows. |
