Hi Kathryn, very interesting image, the "observers" have smiling faces, but they overpower the bridge somehow, since we tend to look first to the right lower corner of any image. I flipped the image and now you appreciate both the robots and the bridge. I adjusted the image with one of the presets in Luminar 2018 giving some punch to it. |

Nick, the size of the soccer ball overpowers the Giraffe. Try making it smaller if you have a separate layer. I wonder what it would look like. Very creative indeed. |

Barbara, great work and originality. As is it is a mind boggling puzzle since there is no symmetry, and the brain fights to make the perspective work. The panels take opposite directions. |

Cindy, being in a creative group makes you change reality, but I personally, as others that have commented, like the original more. The illumination used really makes you believe that it is natural light coming from a window on the side. Bringing your own props to an abandoned building takes a lot of pre-planing !! |

Jim, very colorful image. It is one of the iconic of la Havana-Cuba. The ladies pose and want you to give them something. She happens to have an unlit cigar, and she seems to have a cataract on her left eye (the doctor in me....) The red cayenne flower arrangement on her hair really draws your eyes to see her face, and also notice that she has only 1 teeth. She is looking away from the camera to make the set up more intriguing. I cropped some of the empty space in front of her. It is sharp. |

Deborah, interesting image and indeed they are going through a few cans of beer. I agree with you that the presence of the bike competes with the main subjects. It is sharp. They need to update their calendar. I made the verticals straight without loosing much landscape. |

Daniel, great shot. I like the way the little girl in the middle is framing the three men in the poster, and at the same time, she is framed by the two females on her side. The image is sharp. The B&W rendition needs a little more contrast, it is too grey. The two persons on the side are cropped too close creating tension.
I cropped them out, made the horizon lines straight and increased contrast achieving whites and blacks. |

Gloria, necessity is the mother of inventions.... Yes indeed this man has put an old stroller to work with him in his trade (drinks and snacks on the parks, school fronts or any sports stadium or improvised courts. I like that his body in in motion, the shadows and the complement of the two pigeons in the background and his head looking down to the road to avoid any obstruction . His multicolor backpack brings your eyes directly to the stroller and center of attention to evaluate the rest of the image. It is sharp. |

Dan, I like the expression in the face of the front woman and her body language giving you the "Victory" sign, as well as the woman in the back looking at you. The image is sharp and complemented by the butterfly on the wall. It is unfortunate that the right leg is amputated. The position of the back leg denotes movement. The blacks and whites are well managed. |

Hassan, football or soccer is an international sport which is in the front page of all the newspapers and news rooms since the world cup is still ongoing (with unexpected results for most of it....with all the world cup winners gone home). I like the focused mesh and the out of focus background, where you can still see the ball and the players all over the improvised court on the beach. The other side with the red poles of the soccer goal. I believe the player with the black outfit facing us is the goalkeeper coming back to his post. It is a dynamic image that makes you look around with detail. |

Carol, really an interesting array of colors in one subject, taking particular shapes and dividing the leave in different sectors, each with different colors and details. The out of focus background also helps to bring the subject forward and get your attention. Great PP. Incredible what nature can do. |

Theresa, actually I like the image as is since you have a perfect landscape with foreground (shadows), midground (lights) and background (in between), plus the elements of light. I would leave the buildings since it gives you proportion and dimension to evaluate the immensity of the place. Was this early morning or late afternoon ? |

Mary, very impressive field of pink water lilies. Here in Florida we mainly have the white ones. Your panorama composite shot indeed gives us the immensity of the water pond/lake with the flowers, but it does not give us an point of interest to fix our eyes. or maybe we can use the wooden log in the front left of the image. It does invite us to explore the whole image. Your PP brought nice colors out. |

Bruce here it is the image where you can see the face of both: mother and baby. The presented image was my choice since it shows the interaction of mother and 1 day old baby, still cleaning him/her |

Kent, it is a magnificent image even though the milky way is not reflected in the lake. It is getting more difficult to find a place with total darkness with not light pollution but in this image the orange glare improves it. It is very sharp and your PP brought out a lot more detail. |

Tony, interesting primate. You captured him in action eating something. I just wonder if you could have changed your vantage point to create the image without the heavy wood background. Also the image is a little dark and there is not much detail in the eyes. I cropped slightly and added some light to the shadows, and now you can see the eyes. Also made the background wood straight. We do not have the original image to compare and see what was your PP. |

Abhijeet, yes; the Carmorant's are amazing fishers, in fact they are used in China and other countries as such with a ring in the neck so would not swallow the fish. The crop is good and now the bird fills the frame, and the back ground is nicely muted and not distracting. Do you have more shots of the bird, perhaps looking more towards you so you can see the eyes, which are very colorful, specially during mating season. A lot of times you will find them with spread wings to accelerate the drying time. good PP. |

Bruce, what a wonderful creation. I love the arrogance of the wolf walking in front of the bear without looking at him, and what you describe about her behaviour. I presume that their separation distance is not great since you can still see some detail in the bear. The wolf is very sharp, and you pretty much filled the frame, so you were not very far either. Your PP brought out good colors. Great shot !! |

Kent, it just happened that the horses were in that location when we stoped to take the picture. Yes, the image was finished with Luminar 2018 after lightroom. I like in the outdoor category presets the abandones place option. It gives that crispy finish (looks like noise but for me is like the grain from the film times.....) |

Tony, beautiful sunrise colors, and you created a great silhouetted image. I agree with Peter about the discrepancy in the size of the individual and the scene. I made the horizon line straight, and added some ski so it is not in the middle. Good composition and it is sharp. |
