You're correct Marcela, mid-day creates a difficult lighting condition. You did great catching the ducks in the shadows even though the background is a bit overexposed. If you have access to an adjustable gradient it is fairly easy to adjust the background exposure. The image is a quick adjustment. |

Wonderful monochrome John. Composition is really good and the vintage type scene is perfect for the monochrome treatment. It reminds me of a movie scene from The Greatest Game Ever Played. The scene represented Harry Vardon's humble childhood. |

Thanks all for the comments. I'll relook at noise Norm & John. Stan, a copy of the color version is attached for Shirley. Actually I've put in two because of the vignette, this one has vignette. The sky is a replacement, original was just too plain. |
