35 Jun 21 Comment Ah I'm not surprised this has been moved to a Museum. It oozes character and is full of interest from the rickety old 'shed' to the rickety old fence railings, and to the numerous items to discover, the chair, the barrel, the other little shed. Loads to discover in this image. Well named, it is a CRACKER!! The colouration is perfect, with the warm red of the building, complemented by the Blues of the sky etc. Beautiful. Jun 9th
35 Jun 21 Comment Dont these Gazebos make for interesting scenes. I particularly like the way you have framed it with the large overhanging branch from the left hand tree and the righthand foliage. Very pretty and totally uncluttered. Jun 9th
35 Jun 21 Comment You have done right to crop this in very tightly and for me it is an image of circles and more circles. From the circles in the centre leading to bigger circles, all sitting on one large circle then spreading out to the pattern of the circle of petals, and to top it all you have raindrop petals on the petals. Very clever design. I do detect an effect on the petals that looks like noise, but cannot be as you say you denoised, but feel the effect would complement the image if smoother. Jun 9th
35 Jun 21 Comment A great Lake District cameo. This scene is so familiar wherever you go there, but you have given this barn some importance placing it in a very strong position leading through
to the fell and, making the most of the stonework, even though you say you didn't do much. I love the recession going from the strong dark barn to the lightness of the tree and fellside.
It makes for a very welcoming feeling that you actually want to open the gate and loose yourself on the fells. I miss that these days and can relate to this scene very well.

35 Jun 21 Comment Very nice patterns of the trees Stuart and you have indeed made them stand out and each one is separate from the other. It is a very pleasant scene and well balanced with the barn, the main feature slightly off centre. Nice one. Jun 9th
35 Jun 21 Comment All the work you have done in this has certainly paid off Sharon. I feel the colour one has an ethereal feel to it in the Leaves and trees and the colours blend well together and harmonise. Very nice. Looking at the Mono -Original 2. I love this. It is very bold compared to the colour one yet still retains the ethereal and mystic effect. Maybe it's because I'm a sucker for Mono, but I really like this one. Jun 9th
