Sharon this may seem unbelievable but looking at the Metadata for this shot. The exposure was f8 at 1/1000. No filter other than the UV. It was a very sunny day and I think the effect on the clouds is more frozen whilst moving. If that makes sense. |

You certainly have done a great deal of work with this shot and pleased to hear you now have CLiR and got to grips with it. I still haven't!!! You have managed to produce a clean clinical image with a look of HDR about it. Well done for effort. |

An interesting image Debbie. Almost like a macro type shot. I do like the subtle colouration. I feel for my taste I would prefer it cropped just above the leaf on the op left to concentrate more on the Chrysalis. I have to admit I have no idea how you did this as I get too carried away trying to get an acceptable image I forget to take notes then can't remember how I did things. |

You have done very well Julie to get what you have out of your Original showing the misty conditions. This is not your usual crisp quality but does have a gritty feel to it which suits the desolation of the building and its surroundings. Looks a great location. Although I have been to Walney Island missed out seeing this. Shame. Must go back. |

I do like the colouring in this. Sort of Copper Toned. The reflection in the pond is lovely. In fact I prefer it to the real thing but the image itself I feel is evenly cut in two. As I feel the reflection part is the most attractive I can only suggest you crop the sky to just above the statue's head to balance things out a little or try flipping the image and cropping
off the 'real' image making the reflection the feature. Losing half your image but perhaps making it more interesting. |

What devastation this tornado has caused and this image shows just how much. I cannot even begin to understand how it has affected people losing their homes and belongings in such a manner. I feel you are doing a wonderful job recording all that you can in the neighborhoods, before it is cleared up and leaving no trace. This project is a reminder for the history books. Well done. |
