35 Oct 17 Comment I can see that you would have seen potential in this corner in its natural state as there looks to be some nice contrast in the stonework, but as an IR it has not quite come over, and I feel this would look better as a Mono print to show the contrast and texture of the stone. Don't give up on it though. I feel it is only the IR treatment that has let it down. Oct 12th
35 Oct 17 Comment Very dramatic scenery here with the majestic mountains and
lovely clouds acting as a backdrop to the iconic barn which looks in a splendid state of repair. The fence obviously is part of the territory and there is nothing you could do about that, but it would be nice to have seen the barn isolated and in all its glory. What pernickety people us photographers are. Nice work all the same.

35 Oct 17 Comment An interesting image, made more so as it part
of an important part of history, and one wonders, why it has been left to get overgrown like this and not made accessible to interested people. Were you not itching to get beyond the shrubbery and take a look inside. The vines and greenery seem to be acting as a protection, but before long it will be covered over completely as the vines are starting to grow up the bunker front then it will be lost forever. It is interesting to see the no. 88. Was there other bunkers in the area with different nos. I'm sure this would make an interesting project to find out more about the area and what went on. Perhaps any others are now completely engulfed. Lovely tonal range, and delicacy in the leaves at the base.

35 Oct 17 Comment You have some very interestingly shaped barns in the USA, and this is no exception. Adding the cattle has indeed added a bit of interest. I know it is not the case, but I have a sense of the image tipping downhill to the left, which may because the forested hill behind the barn is shaped in a sort of triangle. I wonder if you were to crop showing the barn, cows and foreground the image would have more impact concentrating on the barn itself and not the surroundings. Oct 11th
35 Oct 17 Comment There are a lot of very interesting features in this image which put together make for an intruiging image. i.e. What is this derelict car doing in such a beautiful backdrop. Overall the image has a good tonal range and shows the delicacy of the grasses to good effect. Love the billowing cloud coming out of the top of the tree like smoke, and the three slender trees on the left have a luminosity about them. If I were to crit this I would say use the healing tool on the stake between the three trees and bush to get rid of it. Oct 11th
35 Oct 17 Comment Lovely composition here with the road leading through the image amongst the delicate foliage. The large tree on the right is well placed and is the striking feature in the frame. Very nice. Oct 11th
