This bandstand is a very familiar sight in a lot of coastal resorts and parks and here you have given it a very delicate treatment and preserved the beauty of it. You were very lucky not to get the distraction of people as is usually the case, as that would have meant much more cloning. Do like the lovely subtle tones you have achieved. Like it. |

You have indeed exposed this very well, so trying out a few exposures has paid off to get the right one. Do like the little Black stumpy tree on the top of the hill between the leafy ones which makes for amore interesting composition. For me you have two images here. The hillock with the trees on top, then at the base the trees and vineyard which is less interesting. A crop underneath the fence at the base of the hill would in my eyes make a lovely letterbox and strengthen what to me is the main picture. Well done. An excellent job |

This is indeed a very powerful and strong image Nelson. What a find. The image leans slightly to the left a little as it does in the original, but in my eyes it further strengthens it. Great sky. The blue toning is just perfect for this type of subject. Fantastic image. Well done. |

Another great image from you Julie which has been excellently processed. I do like the well which is placed in an excellent position compositionally but not sure about the metal support which cuts through the tree. Now I know it is a well and the bucket has to hang from somewhere but in this case I feel the image would look better if the black rods were removed as would the hint of something behind the second tree on the right halfway up. You have produced lovely subtle tones overall and made a excellent job of removing the vapour trail. Great shot, I like it greatly. |

This is a very pleasing scene with delicate tones and comes over to me like a painting. I do like the right hand tree with the long branch which gives strength to the image. Like the way you have used the road as a lead in from the left and the shadow from the tree crossing over the road. You have done a good job with your composition leaving out the distractions. Would never believe there were any. If I had to nit pic and it is that, the road looks as though it has double white lines in the centre which could be removed easily. Great pic I like it very much. |
