Well this illustrates an amazing piece of history, I never realised that you had armament bunkers in USA during WW2. were you expecting invasion ? You could be caught in two minds with this, the scene as it is illustrating how nature always wins eventually, or moved in closer to get a more detailed shot of the bunker, you probably did that.
Was it still secure or vandalised being by a main road, quite amazing. From a technical point of view a lttle more detail and texture in the foreground vegetation would improve. |

What a delightful spot to take a rest during a busy session of photography, first impression was that it was continental, France or somewhere like that, I did not know that Norwich possessed such a charming area. The large tree spreads its IR beauty all over the picture and is strong centre of interest with the quaint seat around it complete with a buxom wench.Certainly a picture of past history with old buildings and cobbled road, well seen and produced. |

Very nice quality infrared, pleasant scene with an important sharp curve in the road and good detail and texture in the trees.I am intrigued by the wobbly black lines in the road. |

I do not think that this photograph has not quite worked out as you intended, I have a number of similar topics and feel that it is essential to have some difference of tone between the background and the vegetation in order for the latter to show up, when both are similar there is a feeling that they merge. The stonework and leaves in this example are very similar and all too bright, so the quality of the textures is lost. The original does look rather over exposed. |

Another interesting American barn a little more weather worn than some but still of interest. The background of a steep hill covered with trees gives the impression that the picture is tilted though I don`t believe it is. The top of the barn is so near to the sky and trees that masking off the top would be made difficult. It is too late now but I cannot help wondering if a viewpoint was possible from further left would have positioned the old barn against the hill with no sky and also brought the animals closer to the barn ? |

Another magnificent American barn expertly presented with quality detail , it is one of those IR photographs that was taken in entirely suitable conditions so one exposure was enough and no major work required. The separation between clouds and mountains was important and has worked well.It is a pity there is so much fencing in front of the barn but on the other hand I expect it was there for a purpose and so is an essential part of the scene. |
