35 Sep 17 Comment Not just funny almost hilarious,30 photographers, club members and only 5 with cameras on a club outing, food must be good. When they see your picture I hope the feel ashamed.Itis a pleasant little creek with an interesting bridge for a focal point. It must have been a very sunny picnic and so there is perhaps a little overall too much reflected blue tone but nevertheless still an enjoyable scens. Sep 13th
35 Sep 17 Comment It is always a good plan to have an on going topic which can often be used when other opportunities don`t seem to be there and in having an interest in decaying barns you will rarely be short of subject matter in USA.
This particular example is very good, nice style and fine textures, it reminds me strongly of film infrared because of the grainy appearance, how we loved it but forgotten now and so many advantages with digital.I would suggest a good trim off the top, I think that will give more emphasis to the little white clouds.

35 Sep 17 Comment Well I have never seen Hadrian`s wall looking so beautiful, not a lot of the wall but the scenery is delightful, it looks like a super summer`s day which you have illustrated perfectly with those trees, I can never understand why some people seem to hate Infrared to me this is what it is for, it adds delicacy and beauty and gives life to such rural scenes. Enjoyed it. Sep 13th
35 Sep 17 Comment Well this is different,a pleasant, soft, dream like image, another illustration of beauty in the past.I find that as a whole however the scene appears to lack balance because of too much ir effect on the right hand side. I would be tempted to remove all the darker area and the second tree then fill in an equal space to the left hand side with matching yellow shade. Sep 9th
35 Sep 17 Comment This does appear to be on the summit with it`s head in the excellent clouds and the weather vane standing out so well against them.It was worth while removing clutter at the front of the old school and I do think that the fence at the side helps rather than distracts, perhaps the phone wires could be removed. Another example of the countless historic USA buildings. Sep 9th
35 Sep 17 Comment Nature has a wonderful, magic way of taking over from man`s creations and usually manages to make them more interesting and frequently more beautiful. You have done an excellent job in showing this effect and capturing it so well. The white lens fall off is a sound idea as emphasises attention on the old barn and produces a good emotional feeling.
