Ah, a bird in flight, in this time in our lives! Someone suggested to me that he now really understands the difference between "free range chickens" and chickens in cages. I like the position of the hawk and it's reasonably sharp. I suspect that this a Nature shot, so it was not doable to lighten the dark areas just a bit. Also, the white lines around the outside of the bird is also a bit off-putting.

Great idea - I really love seeing more creative and fresh subject matters, as this one. You've positioned the paper nicely in the centre, and I don't think it's too close to the top edge. You've captured the shading very nicely. I have 2 suggestions: I think I see bit of noise that could likely be taken out, and the front, left edge has some tiny bits and pieces that distract from the otherwise, nice and clean edges. Well done. |

Really like the iris a lot - nice and sharp, perfect exposure, colours spot-on. As for the background, not a big fan. Very busy, a couple of light spots that draw the eye. For this shot, I would prefer a darker vignetting, as the lighter edges tend to draw my eyes away from the iris.

A very effective sports, action shot. Certainly tells a story - both in the expression on the players face and the body language of both players. To my eyes, the contrast appears a bit too extreme - but not a major issue. Would, however suggest to straighten it, in line with the edge of the field. |

Love everything about this image - converting it to B&W made it even more powerful for me. The interaction between the little girl and the older man is priceless. Would not change a thing. |

What an amazing image - great composition and nice and sharp throughout. Beautiful sunset really enhances this image. The only minor change I would suggest - clone out the light spot, adjacent to the larger tree on the right side. I could sit in a chair and enjoy watching the sun set and the flowers losing their brightness. Well done |
