A very nice bird-picture - colours are great, its nice and sharp, and the Osprey is looking into the lens. No clutter in the background, and the birds flying position is very attractive. For my taste, I would have given the Osprey just a bit more room to fly into - just a titch. |

I always find the concept of taking a picture of a piece of art quite interesting. I try to avoid it, and only rarely succumb to it. In this case, I would likely have walked away from it. But then I ask myself the question - what if this exact same image had been shot with a live model? - which I think would not be an issue, as you 'staged' the shot. Don't get me started on the "questionable" decision!!! Having said all this, I don't have a problem with this image, but would likely have cropped it into a square, focusing on the apple, which is what you named it anyway. Goodbye, buttocks!!!

A very nice flower study. The colours are quite attractive, and the raindrops are a nice 'extra'. Technically, overall, very well done. Shooting lots of flowers myself, I often find the composition a challenge. Putting the flower dead-centre tends to make the picture a bit static - but often there is not much choice when the surrounding area is only made up of the leaves. |

A great story-telling, nature shot. Like the composition a lot. You handled the challenging light conditions very well. Love the detail in the waterfall. |

A very impactful photograph. The colours and textures of the robe are very attractive and interesting. It sparks the imagination, thinking what the monk might look like. I would not change a thing. Congratulations. |

Beautiful image - especially well done as it's almost straight out of the camera - congrats. I love the colours and textures. It's reasonably sharp. The composition is perfect for this subject matter. A "keeper"! |
