Thanks Helen. The white lines in the middle are from the tabletop (space between pieces of woven strips of plastic topped by glass). Lesson learned!
Is it a potato or melon or......it's actually a small piece of driftwood I was using to prop up the small tomatoes. Lesson learned!! And NO, I don't use wood in my pasta sauce, but maybe...? |

Great eye in capturing this beautiful image. The zebra is super-sharp and it's a 'happy' picture. My only suggestion is to darken some of the brighter areas a bit. |

Interesting image - you've done a very nice job of demonstrating the use of shape, hue, tone, and texture to create an image that you like. How these 4 components work together to create a pleasing and strong composition is unfortunately lost on me - and thats why they make chocolate and vanilla ice cream!! |

Very nice picture of the cow - sharp, good colour, and well-lit. The out-of-focus background also works very well, except I would prefer to see a bit more detail in the cows neck. Also I seem to notice a shadow/border around the cows face - is this from the 'blur' you added? In any case, I guess I would prefer a cleaner transition. |

A very nice bird image. Especially like the background, and the overall composition is very strong. Nice detail in the bird - often very difficult with black feathers. My only suggestion is to darken the highlights in the cattails a bit - tended to draw my eyes. |

A very nice travel picture, that is both interesting and tells a story. I love the colours of the umbrellas. It is reasonably sharp, and the composition brings all the elements together. You've also captured the mood of a Monsoon kind-of day. So much to see - really like the shadows as well.
A couple of small 'things' on the left edge could be cloned out. |
