It is a very beautiful close-up image. The blue color compound eyes is unusual and very impressive. |

It is a great moment to capture the bug feeding of the mother and enthusiastic mouth opening of the bay bird. I also feel that lightening a bit of the mother bird's head would provide some more details in the interaction. |

It is a great monument to capture a deer in the wild life. It could be a nice a beautiful afternoon setting. If the setting is as suggested in the title, perhaps it could be darken a bit to show the evening atmosphere. |

I like the attentive eyes of the blue heron and it was a great capture. It is a nice exposure so that the bird is in focus and in contrast with a blurred background. Although the front rock is a bit lightened. But I think that it displayed a light gradient from the bottom to the top. |

It is quite unusual to see the blossoms of cactus flower. I am also confused with bright oval edge. The lower bee probably is in moving thus it is not very sharp and clear. The bee above and behind the flower stamen is not very clear and can be distracted. |

It is a creative combination of different subjects. The three globes and wooden frame gave a illusion that they are a painting on the wall but not a real 3D objects. |

David, thank for your comments. You are perfectly right about the processing of the cloud. I have very much to learn the technique.
About the lighting, it is a expression of my private taste. When I first saw the photo of Agenna, I was struck by the strong impression that the structures were all shine in the lighting with dark surrounding. I then realized that it was a ceremonial ritual in a festival in the past. There was no lighting when I took this picture. I just wish to highlight my past impression! |

Don, thanks for your responses. I did take a series of photos with different exposure times. I finally select this one just because it has a good reflection. All the post processing of lightening, saturation and local enhancement were based on this original. I must admit that I now do not take very care of the accurate exposure of the image. I rely very much on the post-processing! |
