45 Jan 19 Comment It is a well composed image and rightly caught various facial expression of subjects. The crop out of the neon sign may reduce the distraction. But I feel that the subjects were occupied too much space making it just like a photographic record. The background is too dark to me. I usually would like to lighten a little bit to reveal a small details in the darks. Jan 16th

45 Jan 19 Comment I like to see that the dynamic movement of the bird was caught in the right moment. I did not know the green boket until read Ricahrd's comments about the shot the picture through the leaves. I think this green boket adds some nice effect in the back ground. Jan 16th
45 Jan 19 Comment It is interested to find that the boy saying his prayers in front of the wall. My first impression was also feel that people in the background may distract the attention to the subject. I like Cindy's version. The leading line and the wall become a integral part of the boy's prayer and that is my impression.

I also feel that it is over sharp. It looks like to be pasted on the background.

45 Jan 19 Reply Hi Cindy, thank you for your comment and suggestion. I was first impressed by the curved bridge and feel reluctant to eliminate the entire structure in view. I also feel that since the subject is the Taipei 101, I should focus more on the fireworks. Thus the image was cropped and hope there is some improvement. Jan 6th
