Great capture. Beautiful bird. I would also clone out the out of focus branches as it distracts from the image and lighten the dark side of the bird's head. Good Job. |

Great capture. The only change I also would make is to lower the brightness of the yellow leaves above the heron. Great detail in the bird and you left enough space in front for the bird to fly into. Good Job. |

Your photo definitely tells a story. Good detail in both birds. The only change I would make is eliminating the tail. But other wise well seen and well executed. Good job! |

Great capture of a Great Horn owl. Agree with all the comments above - especially toning down the background. Well seen. Owls are my favorite birds to shoot. |

Sorry for being so late in commenting but not a good month. Got covid and then a week later got hit on the nose in pickleball and got a concussion. Still get very tired.
Never saw a Black Crowned Night Heron before. Even though the background is overly bright you got a great capture. Good exposure and detail on the bird. Good Job! |

Great capture. Beautiful bird.
Looked it up on copilot and this is what it said
That stunning little flyer is a hummingbird, most likely a species from the Trochilidae family. Based on its green and brown plumage, slender beak, and rapid wing motion captured mid-flight, it could be a female Ruby-throated Hummingbird or possibly a Broad-tailed Hummingbird-both are common in North America and share similar features.
These birds are known for:
- Iridescent feathers that shimmer in sunlight
- Incredible wing speed-up to 80 beats per second!
- Feeding on nectar using their long beaks and specialized tongue

Very interesting about the 5 petal lilac flower. I will be on the watch for them. Great macro. Agree about the upper right corner being very bright. Good capture. Well seen. |

Great image of an old unkept store. The weathered flag tells a story itself. Good use of texture. Well seen and well processed. |

Very interesting capture. The beads and bowl all adds to the story. Sharp image with lots of detail. Background color blends well with the photo. Perhaps you could decrease the shadow under the cap. Well seen and well done. |

Great capture. Beautiful colors and great leading lines that lead you to the altar. You did a great post processing job. And I like that you left one seated person. |

Beautiful butterfly. Good detail. You captured the antennas. Agree that the leaf is a bit distracting and I might crop of some of the leaf at the bottom. Good Job! |
