23 Oct 23 Comment Another great shot with leading lines taking you right up to the mountain area. Exposure is good. I get a chill just looking at it. Well seen and composed. Oct 21st
23 Oct 23 Comment Well seen. My shots of the blue ridge mountains came out too grey. You did a good job of capturing the various shades. Agree that the top needs to be cropped. I like what Richard did to the sky. Good job. Oct 21st
23 Oct 23 Comment Yes, lovely photo. Also agree that the flowers on the right side neeed to go. Oct 21st
23 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Jill. I am not sure cropping will enhance the photo. I sort of like the trees in the photo. Where would you suggest cropping it. Oct 20th
23 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Richard. The reflections is what the photo is all about. Oct 20th
23 Oct 23 Comment What a trip. I was in Kenya area 20 years ago before I started with photography, so I have no photos to work with. Great capture. Really like it. I would like to emphasize the eyes and face more. The branches are not a distraction to be as it is part of the action. Good Job Oct 20th

46 Oct 23 Reply can I use gigapixel after I cropped it? Oct 24th
46 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Richard for your enlightening remarks. I was leery on displaying this, but I was so intrigued with what I witnessed, and I really wanted to tell a story. I will work on some of the technical issues. when is the animal comedy contest. Oct 24th
46 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Jack. I felt I had to do the extreme cropping if I wanted to show the Ugly pelican. It was a tough decision. Oct 24th
46 Oct 23 Comment Great capture. Sharp with good detail on the birds. The area on the bottom left is somewhat distracting. The spread wings and sharp eyes all enhance the photo. Well done.

46 Oct 23 Comment Great capture. Well cropped removing the yellow area on the bottom. Perch is also interesting. Bird is sharp with detail in the feathers. I agree that having the bird face the other way is a more powerful image. Well seen. Oct 21st
46 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Maria. I see the artifacts and halos in the feet only in my image. But I will try redoing the image with less cropping and see what happens. Oct 20th
46 Oct 23 Reply Thank you Art. Good idea. Will do. Oct 20th
46 Oct 23 Comment Silvia, Great catch. I would have removed the blades of grass covering the fish. I like that you flipped the photo, and I also agree with Art Jacoby's suggestion for a tighter crop. Oct 20th
46 Oct 23 Comment Lisa, the wait was worth it. you did an amazing job of editing. It is a great capture. And the water drops do enhance the photo. Good job. Oct 20th
