All good except for losing the top of the door. That makes it less obvious that the first room where I was sitting was one of the receding spaces. It also removed the wine rack on the left which for me also helped establish the effect of several receding spaces.

I like this one best too. It removes and preserves at the same time and increases focus on the subject. This is a really a good example of what study groups are all about. |

You certainly are a master at working with models. I really like the high key effect here; it lets the model shine with no distracting background and yet not jump off the page as she might on a darker or patterned background. And I especially like that she's looking into the frame. My only question is whether I like the top of her head out of the frame. It's obviously intentional, so I wonder if there is an artistic principle involved beyond "that's the way I like it!" |

Great image. The foreground reminded me of the old expression "flotsam and jetsam" which today is taken to mean "odds and ends" of a project. I looked up the dictionary meaning and learned they are terms applied to the wreckage from a ship (flotsam) and things thrown overboard to lighten a ship (jetsam). Anyway while the foreground is interesting and well focused, I especially like the offshore fog which helps set the foreground apart. |

Yes, a bit, from a certain angle. In any case it's a fun image--blue and white is always a show-stopper. |

Very nice. I'm especially glad you were able to get rid of the blurry spot without losing anything else off that side of the image. |

I think you captured the wispy character of the of the seeds while maintaining the crispness of the pod. I found the light blurry spot on the right distracting, so at the risk of losing some of the delicate fronds, I cropped it out. There might be a better way, but with my increasingly archaic skills, that's the best I could do to give you an idea. |

I like it! Those boxes really did compete and you did a great job of making them disappear. Thanks for the idea.
