25 Jul 22 Comment What a stunning photo and a lovely story. Patience pays. It looks like you may have another couple of blossoms as well. I find your sharp focus and depth of field really bring out the textures of the cactus and the blossom. And the colors are amazing. Jul 10th
25 Jul 22 Comment What a great story photo. I like the way the background is blurred just enough, and with the motion blur on his sneakers shows they are definitely taking the dogs for a walk. The light has created strong shadows, and I think I might try bringing them up a bit. Jul 10th
25 Jul 22 Comment I really like the way you presented this fuzzy little fellow. The contrast of his fluffiness with the strong textures of the rock and the trees is especially interesting. I think you achieved a good balance of toning down the rock just enough so it presents a good contrast to the dark trees in color as well as texture. Jul 10th
25 Jul 22 Comment This is one of the best infrared photos I've seen. There is so much greenery which brings out the contrast infrared is so excellent at showing. The very interesting sky, the sharp reflection, the floating vegetation, and the foreground plants all contribute to the effect, and give great sense of depth to the picture. I think I might remove the line near the upper edge (contrail?) to see how it looks without it. Jul 10th
