25 Mar 21 Comment I find the scene so interesting, with the chairs, the shadows, and the design of the dock, and especially the way the rocks are visible through the blue water. I agree with Eric that the sky competes for attention by the simple fact that it is so interesting. I would crop down even a little bit more to move the boat into a more prominent position and leave the hills to anchor the distance. Mar 23rd
25 Mar 21 Comment I like the way the original presentation tells a complete story of the old abandoned car sitting at the edge of the old mining town framing a panorama of the town. I also really like the color palette and the continuation of the sky from within the car window to above the car. Mar 23rd
25 Mar 21 Comment I think a big part of the impact of this image is that it is floating in space. But I wondered how it would look with a frame around it to separate it from the background. I like it both ways. Mar 23rd
25 Mar 21 Comment I think I actually like the strong background - it makes the subject really stand out, especially since the color is picked up by some of the colors in her fur and also her pink nose. Mar 23rd
