Well you may not been sure the angle of the lens used, but you sure knew how to capture an awesome photo. |

This portrait gives the appearance of a man you would not want to mess with. The grunge filter really adds to the toughness of the guy. I'm curious if giving a little more headroom at the top of the frame would improve the image. Your thoughts.... Oh, and if you are going to box with this guy I'm putting my money on him! :-) |

Like your description. The angle gives the ship the appearance of a large vessel. Good placement of the horizon. Nicely done. What lens did you use, wide angle? |

Very interesting landscape. The bridge shows the depth of the scene and clouds are always helpful. |

At times I find photographing red to be tough. Lot of variables, the actual color on the subject, lighting, editing software used, and lastly how are you viewing the image, on a monitor, iPad, smartphone. So given that, I think the color is fine. Good use of a shallow depth of field with colors that compliment each other. This is definitely a head turner. Good job Sol! |

A black and white journalistic photo. Awesome! All the cords in the photo with the gentleman staring at the screen, remote in his hand, hoping everything will work. We all have been in that situation many, many times. Capturing just enough of the man's eyes over the top of the project adds a bit of humor. I do fine the other "headless" man a bit of a distraction. Overall, nice capture. |

You managed to photograph an area where most of the pine needles are pointing towards the premature pine cones. The vignette helps drawn the eye into the scene. Vignetting can often be overdone, I know from my own errors. Your vignetting is just right. Nice image of the "Sprint" White Pine, I mean Spring White Pine. Sorry. |

When I first opened Bob's photos I found myself staring at the images. The tree and bench in an open field. Where are the people that use the bench, for what purpose is the bench located out in the field? The colored photo is neat, but it's the black and white that appears to have captured a piece of history. Good eye Bob! |

Including some of the scenery around the rapids really enhances the interest in the image. I often only include the rapids in my photos, cropping out the surrounding scenery, and leaving me disappointed. Your composition is much nicer, exposure, and sharpness, all good.

Old dilapidated buildings always have a story to tell. The colors between the grass and building seem to compliment each other. Good job in preserving what is left of the building in a photograph. |
