Now that you ask me the question, I'm not sure where I would put it. The difficult part would be to make it look real by casting a glow upon the nearby objects. I think it would be easier to have built the fire right there on the scene and then capture it in camera. Maybe something to think about for next time if you can arrange it? |

I really love the old truck and camper. Their colors are perfect for the scene. The stars are magnificently done and well blended into the scene. How about adding a small campfire? I know you could do it!
That little thing between the truck and camper - looks like maybe a tea kettle? I would darken that a bit. |

Amazing, and what an improvement! You've done very well to eliminate all of the distracting clutter of branches in the foreground. Bravo to you, that must have been a lot of work and talent! |

I like the old b&w photo effect. The border really looks like it's 100 years old, at least. I also like the added detail in the photo itself, but it's somehow too perfect for the border. I wonder if you could try to add a few small smudges and creases to make it match more with the border? |

I like the beautiful textures and lighting on the mat, and you've done a nice job to enrich the colors of the photo. My problem is that I don't find the photo very interesting because the duck is not doing anything that is exciting. I'd love to see him swimming with his head held high or flying would be even better. I would try this artistic effect on another photo that has more of interest. |

I really like the art effect and the way you have separated the players from the background. I'm wondering about the blueish shadow that you have behind the players. It's not quite the same shape as the players so it's not a realistic shadow. Looks like watercolor, which adds to the artistic effect, I do like it but I'm wondering, was that your intent? I suggest that you add back the white to the net - make it part of the action, not the background. Finally, I'm curious as to what is a HPden layer? |
