The photo is sharp throughout causing very little visual separation between the alligator and the shrubbery. The alligator does not stand out. I would suggest cropping in tighter to highlight the alligator. |

What I like about this photo is that it is different. That difference being caused by the harsh lighting and the deep shadow. |

I'm not totally put off by the bright green branches behind and above the tree. What immediately caught my eye and distracted me from the tree was the bright green branch to the left of the tree. I saw it and wondered where was it coming from. |

A great reminder of our trip to Ireland! I keep asking myself if this is a landscape, or a photo of a sheep. If a landscape, I'd like to see more of it. If a sheep, how about cropping down from the top to the large rocks. |

The contemplative expression on the ticket taker makes for a very interesting environmental portrait. I'm not sure that the sides add much to the photo. As David suggested you may want to try cropping in closer. |

Scary! I would like to see better separation between the subject and the background. As David mentioned, I suggest blurring and darkening the background. |
