We have had some great wildlife photos this month, but I think this is my favorite photo. I love the silhoutte, the sunburst, there really is nothing that I can say about improving it.

I like the open beak and the completely blurred background. Flipping the photo as Roy suggested makes the branches a bit of leading lines that I like.

Exposure for a white subject can be quite tricky. Too frequently the white areas will be overexposed and you lose detail, or the exposure will be underexposed and the white areas turn out grey. Neither happened here. Your exposure is dead on. As Roy pointed out, a bit more room on the left and right edge would be nice.
