Ahhh, a lighthouse! With close to 200 in my Lightroom catalog they are a favorite subject! This is very well composed, the stairs form a great leading line. The lighthouse itself, especially the red portion, stands out well from the background sky. It looks like it might be leaning a bit to the left. Thanks for sharing. |

Very interesting photo! And thanks to Craig for the background info. I like how you have shown us just a portion of the wall, just the hands. And the B&W rendition does a very good job at emphsizing the hand prints from the wall. Thank you for sharing! |

I agree with the others - very nice composition, but like Craig, I'd like to see greater DOF. I believe the R5 supports focus bracketing so it would have been easy to set up. |

Very well done! The subject stands out, but the figures in the background are not lost. I find the background to be perfect for this subject. I like how the background changes from yellow at the bottom then gradually changes to dark.

I like the simplicity of this photo and the complementary blue and yellow colors. The top is kind of bright and does distract attention from the boat itself. Thanks for sharing! |

You did a very nice job with your DOF. The subject is nice and sharp while the background is blurred out. As Craig pointed out, the background is a tad bright and could be darkened. |

Thank you. They don't even migrate south to give you a winter view but remain in the north. They do change plumage in the winter and are not nearly as colorful as they are in the summer. |

The background is my neighbor's spruce tree completely out of focus. |
