I need to find out what is involved. I can probably find this on the PSA website? |

Jo-Ann ... if I ever get time, I am considering writing an article for the PSA Journal on how this is done. Mostly you need cold weather, several degrees below zero. Use a mixture of water, dish washing soap, glycerine. Use a straw as a pipette (remember chem lab?) to transfer some solution to wherever you want your bubble. Something with an indentation in it. Then blow a bubble with the straw. I use two small LED lights (Litra Torch) with colored filters to provide the light. The ice crystals will take a bit of time to form but it is fascinating to watch them grow. I haven't tried taking video, but that will be the next challenge. |

There was a very obtrusive flare to the right of the spoon that I did remove. The two hotspot I wish I could remove them. They don't tone down very well. I could probably clone them out; haven't tried that. |

I like all the activity going on. All sorts of people going about their lives and activities for the day, but as David has pointed out, there also are many smaller scenes which are also telling their own stories. Great photo. |

David - are you talking about the large flare in the background?
If I ever find time, I am thinking about writing an article for the PSA Journal. I'd ask if they could publish in Oct/Nov/Dec time frame. Not spring or summer. Readers would forget all about it. |

I apologize for my lack of understanding. I have taken a few photos in cemeteries myself and find them to have quite an interesting story to tell, but I have not run across the infant marker. I am sure that being present as you were it would have been quite clear what it was. |

I think B&W is a very good suggestion! |

Thanks for describing the photo for us. The B&W rendition works well for this photo. The top may be a bit too bright. It tends to draw the eye away from all the activity in the photo. Perhaps crop down from the top a bit? |

I find this to be a rather interesting photo. Thanks for sharing it with us. I don't know what the black box looking thing is just to the left of the tombstone, consequently it keeps making me wonder what it is. I think the photo wouldbe improved without. Perhaps you could have move so that it was hidden when you took the photo. I removed it in Photoshop. I am sure that you could do a much better job than I. |

Well done! The iPhone did very well for you! I do suggest removing the white part of the building above the head if not by cloning, then by cropping. |

Generally I like rich vivid colors, but perhaps this is a bit too much. I think reducing the saturation a bit would improve the photo. Otherwise I like the photo, nice composition. The effort to obtain the photo was worth it! |
